Clinical Supervisor

📋 Description

• Provide weekly individual and group supervision to residents
• Review and approve treatment plans, progress notes, and documentation
• Ensure ethical, high-quality, evidence-based care delivery
• Maintain a small caseload to model best practices
• Lead residency orientation, workshops, and ongoing training
• Promote clinical excellence and compliance with licensure and CARF

🎯 Requirements

• LCSW-C or LCPC with unrestricted IL licensure
• Willingness to pursue cross-licensure
• 4+ years post-master’s clinical experience
• 2+ years leadership experience
• Experience in virtual healthcare strategy or behavioral health transformation
• Demonstrated success launching tech-enabled clinical initiatives
• Strong knowledge of Medicaid documentation standards and accreditation
• Experience using data to drive performance improvement
• Systems-oriented mindset to scale innovation
