• Provide safe, high-quality piercing experiences with a celebratory atmosphere.
• Ensure safety, comfort, and smooth flow of customer care.
• Maintain a sterile, aseptic environment at nurse station and tray.
• Educate customers on aftercare and Rowan's After Care.
• Lead customer experience on the selling floor with your team.
• Oversee studio operations, inventory, and safety standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license.
• 3-5 years retail management experience.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Customer-obsessed, on the selling floor with your team.
• Proficient with Google Suite and POS.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand 8 hours.
