  • Own escalation pathways; ensure safe, timely resolutions.
  • Lead complex clinical cases, incidents, and high risk patients.
  • Identify escalation drivers; drive improvements to reduce volume.
  • Provide operational leadership for Senior Pharmacist Prescribers and AVC Doctors teams.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Undergraduate STEM degree.
  • 8+ years operations experience; 3+ years people management (digital health preferred).
  • Knowledge of healthcare governance, regulation and QA.
  • Experience prescribing, ideally in digital/remote env.
  • Recruitment, onboarding and performance management experience.
  • Advanced data analysis: Excel/Sheets; BI tools Metabase/Looker.
