Own escalation pathways; ensure safe, timely resolutions.
Lead complex clinical cases, incidents, and high risk patients.
Identify escalation drivers; drive improvements to reduce volume.
Provide operational leadership for Senior Pharmacist Prescribers and AVC Doctors teams.

🎯 Requirements

Undergraduate STEM degree.
8+ years operations experience; 3+ years people management (digital health preferred).
Knowledge of healthcare governance, regulation and QA.
Experience prescribing, ideally in digital/remote env.
Recruitment, onboarding and performance management experience.
Advanced data analysis: Excel/Sheets; BI tools Metabase/Looker.
