📋 Description

• Perform retrospective chart reviews to ensure complete, accurate documentation.
• Analyze results to pinpoint coding/documentation gaps and training needs.
• Deliver education sessions to practices and staff (in person or virtual).
• Create and update education materials for internal/external audiences.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of clinical experience.
• Current medical coding certification (CPC/CCS-P/CRC/CCDS, etc.).
• 2+ years in clinical documentation improvement.
• Strong ICD-10-CM, HCPCS, CPT knowledge; anatomy & physiology.
• CMS HCC Risk Adjustment expertise.
