📋 Description

• Perform retrospective chart reviews to identify documentation gaps
• Analyze outcomes to quantify errors and guide improvements
• Deliver in-person or virtual training on findings and risk concepts
• Develop and update education materials (guides, decks, toolkits)
• Align content with CMS updates and regulatory changes
• Serve as regional resource for clinical documentation and coding

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare field or equivalent
• 5+ years clinical experience (nursing or international)
• Current CPC/CCS-P/CRC/CCDS/CDEO etc. through AAPC/ACDIS/AHIMA
• 2+ years clinical documentation improvement experience
• ICD-10-CM, HCPCS, CPT coding; medical terminology; anatomy/physiology
• CMS HCC Risk Adjustment expertise and impact on value-based contracts; able to present to groups
