Provide global support for Veeva Clinical product issues.
Learn product knowledge to drive client success.
Troubleshoot production issues affecting end-users (unavailability/data integrity).
Handle inquiries on capabilities, navigation, installation, or configuration.
Coordinate releases and configuration changes into production.
Gather info, test, replicate issues, propose resolutions/workarounds.

🎯 Requirements

Familiarity with Electronic Data Capture (EDC) tech (degree or 3 yrs)
Willingness to learn soft and technical skills
Experience working across diverse teams
Ability to diagnose with industry-standard tools to ensure performance
Fluent in English
Nice to have: Zendesk/Jira/Confluence experience
