  • Provide global support for Veeva Clinical product issues.
  • Learn product knowledge to drive client success.
  • Troubleshoot production issues affecting end-users (unavailability/data integrity).
  • Handle inquiries on capabilities, navigation, installation, or configuration.
  • Coordinate releases and configuration changes into production.
  • Gather info, test, replicate issues, propose resolutions/workarounds.

🎯 Requirements

  • Familiarity with Electronic Data Capture (EDC) tech (degree or 3 yrs)
  • Willingness to learn soft and technical skills
  • Experience working across diverse teams
  • Ability to diagnose with industry-standard tools to ensure performance
  • Fluent in English
  • Nice to have: Zendesk/Jira/Confluence experience
