Support planning, execution, and tracking of performance science research.
Coordinate with research partners as primary contact to align timelines and execution.
Assist intake, review, and coordination of proposals; assess feasibility and resourcing.
Support ethical/regulatory processes for human subjects research (IRB, consent, privacy).
Help operationalize digital research tooling (Digital WHOOP Labs) with teams.
Track project progress using lightweight project management tools.

🎯 Requirements

2–5+ years in clinical or performance research ops or PM roles.
Knowledge of IRB, consent, and data privacy; experience with submissions.
Experience supporting digital research tools and analytics dashboards.
Familiar with Jira, Confluence, Monday, and similar PM software.
Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple studies in parallel.
Interest in performance science and translating science to real-world impact.
