🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 4-6+ years in healthcare recruitment or clinical staffing.
• Proven success sourcing and hiring healthcare professionals (e.g., nurses, physicians, etc.).
• Familiarity with healthcare settings, regulatory requirements, and challenges.
• Self-starter in a fast-paced environment with exceptional communication skills.
