- Deep understanding of clinical licenses (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PMHNP, etc.)
- Proven sourcing through healthcare channels and networks
- Behavioral interviews and assessing clinical competencies
- ATS proficiency; Greenhouse and Rippling preferred
