📋 Description

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from start to finish.
• Advise senior leaders on hiring strategy and workforce planning.
• Develop relationships with managers to align needs and specs.
• Design, refine, and implement innovative recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines and employer brand.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years full lifecycle recruitment for clinical roles.
• Experience recruiting complex clinical roles (RN/MA) preferred.
• Proven success partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers.
• Strong sourcing and pipelining strategies for high-volume clinical roles.
• Agency plus in-house recruiting experience preferred.
