🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 3 years full lifecycle recruitment for clinical roles.
- Experience recruiting complex clinical roles (RN/MA) preferred.
- Proven success partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers.
- Strong sourcing and pipelining strategies for high-volume clinical roles.
- Agency plus in-house recruiting experience preferred.
