🎯 Requirements
- 3-5 years of full-cycle clinical recruiting with licensed mental health professionals
- 1+ years startup experience in fast-paced environments
- Deep understanding of clinical licenses (LCSW, LSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, PMHNP, etc.)
- Proficiency with ATS systems and recruiting tools (Greenhouse and Rippling preferred)
- Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple pipelines
- Excellent communication with clinical professionals
