• Build strong talent pipelines for high-volume clinical roles.
• Screen candidates for qualifications, experience, and fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hospital hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate records and track recruiting metrics.
• Role based in Downtown Chicago office four days per week.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of relevant experience recommended.
• Knowledge of recruitment, talent sourcing, candidate engagement, and metrics.
• Strong communicator and active listener; connects with diverse teams.
