  • Experience recruiting corporate roles in growth-stage orgs.
  • Strong data fluency; uses recruiting metrics to drive decisions.
  • ATS candidate management & reporting experience (Greenhouse preferred).
  • Experience in fast-growth or scaling environments.
  • Experience operating independently with executive visibility.
