🎯 Requirements
- Min 5 years recruiting with healthcare/behavioral health across multiple states.
- Experience recruiting corporate roles in growth-stage orgs.
- Strong data fluency; uses recruiting metrics to drive decisions.
- ATS candidate management & reporting experience (Greenhouse preferred).
- Experience in fast-growth or scaling environments.
- Experience operating independently with executive visibility.
