📋 Description

• Lead process improvement projects across care products.
• Develop and maintain member experience policies and procedures.
• Capture, document, and track all member feedback and grievances.
• Design dashboards and scorecards with Analytics.
• Present trends and recommendations to committees and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to address member concerns.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years as an active Registered Nurse.
• 3+ years in clinical quality, audit, or excellence.
• Broad knowledge of the healthcare industry.
• Ability to navigate/understand and explain Health Plan SPDs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate at all levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint).
