Clinical Quality Lead

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end clinician chart audits with AI-driven workflows rollout.
• Coordinate refresher reviews with Clinician Success Leads (CSL) and PIP docs.
• Support QA Committee: clinician case prep, meeting notes, outcomes tracking.
• Create and maintain clinician education materials in Skilljar.
• Edit snippets and guidelines to keep clinical content up to date.
• Investigate incidents, perform audits, document root causes and recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced clinical degree (NP, MD, DO, PA); active license preferred.
• 3–5+ years in clinical quality, patient safety, or medical ops in digital health.
• Expertise in clinician audit workflows, documentation, and reporting.
• Experience with Airtable or Looker for quality tracking.
• Strong autonomy, organization, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills; able to solve problems independently.

• Salary: Pay Range $142,000 - $168,000 base (USD).
