- Lead oncology full-service clinical projects (Ph I-IV) globally.
- Ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget; oversee all functions.
- Oversee lifecycle from proposal through bid defence to delivery.

🎯 Requirements
- Degree in life sciences or related field, or equivalent.
- 5-7 years in CRO project management; 4+ years in full-service trials.
- Experience managing oncology studies; working knowledge of GCP/ICH.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally (overnight stays).
- English proficiency; strong presentation skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project and CTMS/eTMF/EDC/IXRS.
