- Independently lead full-service oncology clinical projects within study budget and scope.
- Ensure timely delivery; oversee all functional areas (data management, safety, clinical, medical monitoring, biostatistics).
- Manage client relationships and cross-functional teams; drive trial quality.
- Engage in proposal strategy, development, costing, and bid defense; support international trials.
- Prepare project status updates and KPI reporting for clients and management.
- Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to deliver trials.
🎯 Requirements
- Degree in life sciences or equivalent.
- 5-7 years industry experience; at least 4 years full-service PM in CRO.
- Experience managing oncology studies.
- Working understanding of GCP/ICH guidelines and clinical development process.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally (overnight stays) to support trials.
- Excellent English communication and strong presentation skills.
