- Lead design/governance of clinical escalation logic, biometric thresholds, and multi-metric frameworks.
- Translate clinical evidence into product specs, decision trees, and algorithm requirements with Data Science & Product.
- Conduct literature reviews to justify signal thresholds, escalation frameworks, and AI safety boundaries.
- Define signal confidence standards and FP/FN trade-offs; evaluate real-world performance with Data Science.
- Establish AI guardrails: what AI can/cannot communicate, escalation triggers, safety boundaries, and response constraints.
- Design/document escalation governance for explainability, defensibility, and regulatory alignment.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Medicine/Life Sciences/Biomedical/Public Health (required).
- Advanced clinical degree (MD/PA/NP/PharmD/PhD) strongly preferred.
- 5+ years in digital health, clinical product mgmt, or related health tech.
- Experience translating clinical evidence into product logic or decision-support.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Data Science, Engineering, Product, and Regulatory teams.
- Familiarity with GCP, FDA, ICH, or SaMD regulatory frameworks.
- Experience with wearables, digital biomarkers, or remote monitoring.
- Experience supporting AI-enabled health products with safety guardrails.
