🎯 Requirements
- Associate’s degree or equivalent; Bachelor’s preferred but not required.
- 2+ years in talent acquisition coordination or onboarding.
- Experience guiding pre-boarding in multi-stakeholder settings.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume, detail-oriented workflows.
- Proficiency with ATS (Ashby preferred) and digital docs/e-signatures.
- Strong collaboration with TA, HR, IT, and Compliance; healthcare preferred.
