📋 Description

  • Serve as single point of contact for new hires from offer to Day 1.
  • Coordinate pre-boarding logistics across TA, Clinical Onboarding, HR, IT.
  • Deliver a welcome with personalized communications before Day 1.
  • Lead pre-boarding tech setup and escalate access issues.
  • Track and maintain accurate new hire records in internal systems.
  • Partner with Credentialing & Licensing for licensure and compliance on time.

🎯 Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent; Bachelor’s preferred but not required.
  • 2+ years in talent acquisition coordination or onboarding.
  • Experience guiding pre-boarding in multi-stakeholder settings.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume, detail-oriented workflows.
  • Proficiency with ATS (Ashby preferred) and digital docs/e-signatures.
  • Strong collaboration with TA, HR, IT, and Compliance; healthcare preferred.
