π― Requirements
- PharmD and active Louisiana pharmacist license.
- Oncology Pharmacy Certification (BCOP) within 1 year of hire.
- PGY1+PGY2 residency or 3 years in area of specialty.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and process management.
- Knowledge of FDA regulations and national guidelines.
- EPIC and Beacon Oncology experience preferred.
