🎯 Requirements

PharmD
Licensed pharmacist in Washington
PGY2 Ambulatory Care Residency or PGY1 Residency + 1 year ambulatory under CPA
At least 3 years ambulatory practice with disease state management
Strong communication, organization, and tech skills
Empathy, integrity, and a team-first mindset
