- PGY2 Ambulatory Care Residency
- PGY1 Residency with β₯1 year ambulatory practice under CPA
- β₯3 years ambulatory practice with disease-state management
- Strong communication, organization, and tech skills
- Empathy, integrity, and a team-first mindset
