- Licensed pharmacist in California
- PGY2 Ambulatory Care Residency, OR PGY1 + 1 year ambulatory under CPA, OR 3+ years ambulatory practice with disease state management
- Strong communication, organization, and tech skills
- Empathy, integrity, and a team-first mindset
