🎯 Requirements
- PharmD from an accredited college/university
- Utah licensed pharmacist in good standing (multi-state licenses a plus)
- PGY-1 residency or equivalent experience
- Ability to review prescriptions by age/disease-specific considerations
- Excellent written and oral communication; empathetic patient care
- Strong computer skills: Google Workspace; Slack; Five9
