🎯 Requirements
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited college.
- Utah Licensed Pharmacist in good standing; multi-state licenses a plus.
- Completion of a PGY-1 residency, or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of chronic diseases, drug therapies, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent written and oral communication; proficient with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
- Ability to obtain licensure in other states as needed; strong independent work.
