- PharmD degree.
- Active, unrestricted pharmacist license.
- Multi-state licensure in at least two states.
- Example states: AL, CA, DE, KY, LA, MS, NC, OH, PA, UT, VA, WV.
- Willingness to obtain additional licenses within 6 months.
- 3+ years in value-based care, ambulatory, or community pharmacy.
- In-depth pharmacotherapy knowledge.
- Proficiency with telephony platforms and multiple EHRs.
- Ability to work 8 AMโ7 PM EST.
