🎯 Requirements

PharmD from ACPE-approved college of Pharmacy
Active, unrestricted license in at least two states; willingness to obtain more
3+ years in value-based care or related practice
Knowledge of medication adherence and pharmacy quality measures
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; ability to learn new tech
Strong relationships with providers and patients
