🎯 Requirements
- PharmD or equivalent; licensed pharmacist.
- 1+ years of experience preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of specialty pharmacy domains such as oncology, transplant, HIV.
- Proficiency with EPIC, QS1, WILLOW; Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, leadership, and HIPAA compliance.
- Ability to motivate and coach patients to improve adherence.
