🎯 Requirements
- PharmD or equivalent; licensed Pharmacist in Louisiana and Mississippi.
- 1+ year experience preferred; willingness to obtain licensure if needed.
- Knowledge of oncology, transplant, Hepatitis C, HIV; complex therapies.
- Proficiency with EMR systems; EPIC/QS1/WILLOW a plus; MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and motivational interviewing skills; HIPAA compliant.
- Education: PharmD or equivalent required.
