Clinical Operations Associate

📋 Description

• Collaborate across clinical, support, product, and analytics for timely care.
• Triage daily clinical quality cases; close gaps in care and outreach.
• Track key clinical quality metrics (HEDIS, STARs) and dashboards.
• Prepare, validate, and submit payer quality reports.
• Coordinate cross-functional tasks and maintain project trackers.
• Monitor SLAs, workflows, and escalation protocols; drive corrective actions.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3+ years in clinical operations, healthcare quality, or behavioral health tech.
• 2+ years project coordination; tracking timelines, deliverables, KPIs.
• Familiar with NCQA/HEDIS or payer quality reporting (preferred).
• Proficient in Excel and reporting tools; Salesforce or EMR a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Data-literate and able to engage with multiple teams.
