Clinical Nurse Manager, Hospice

📋 Description

• Provide clinical leadership for a hospice team
• Oversee patient care planning, case conferences, documentation
• Coach and support field clinicians in practice
• Ensure compliance with BAYADA policies and hospice regs
• Collaborate with Hospice Director, Medical Director, and IDG
• Office-based in North Bergen, NJ; routine field visits

🎯 Requirements

• RN with an active license in New Jersey
• 2+ years hospice/home health or related clinical experience
• Leadership/supervisory experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and decision making
• Excellent communication, organization, and coaching skills
