Clinical Nurse Manager

📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day clinic ops under the Clinical Nurse Director.
• Oversee staff and coordinate workflows for effective service delivery.
• Hire, coach, and supervise RN Case Managers, RNs, and MAs.
• Analyze data to identify trends and improve care delivery processes.
• Ensure accurate delivery and documentation of care plan interventions.
• Lead CMS/DHCS audits and develop corrective action plans.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• Unencumbered RN license required.
• 2+ yrs overseeing ambulatory clinic ops with RN/MA staff.
• 2+ yrs clinical exp with frail/elderly population.
• CPR and First Aid within 180 days of hire (preferred).
