🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or relevant healthcare field preferred (experience may substitute).
- Unencumbered RN state license required.
- 2+ years overseeing ambulatory clinic operation with RN/LVN/MA staff.
- 2+ years clinical experience with frail or elderly population.
- CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire; certification at hire preferred.
