🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing or healthcare field preferred; experience may substitute.
- Unencumbered RN license required.
- At least 2 years overseeing ambulatory clinic ops with RN/MA staff.
- At least 2 years in a clinical setting with frail/elderly population.
- CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days; preferred at hire.
