Clinical Nurse Manager

📋 Description

• Direct day-to-day clinic operations; oversee staff and workflows.
• Hire, coach, and supervise RN Case Managers, RNs, MAs.
• Analyze data to identify trends and improve care delivery.
• Ensure interventions are documented per care plans and orders.
• Lead CMS/DHCS audits with CND and Quality Improvement Director.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or healthcare field preferred; experience may substitute.
• Unencumbered RN license required.
• At least 2 years overseeing ambulatory clinic ops with RN/MA staff.
• At least 2 years in a clinical setting with frail/elderly population.
• CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days; preferred at hire.
