📋 Description

• Organizes day-to-day clinic operations under the Clinical Nurse Director.
• Oversees clinic staff and coordinates workflows for effective care.
• Leads RN-level nursing care and people development.
• Mon-Fri schedule; no weekends, nights, or on-call.
• Observe participant outcomes over time to drive improvements.
• Maintains safe, high-performing clinic with clear protocols.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in nursing or relevant field; experience may substitute.
• Unencumbered RN license required.
• 2+ years leading ambulatory clinic with RN/LVN/MA staff.
• 2+ years clinical experience with frail/elderly population.
• CPR & First Aid certification within 180 days; certification preferred at hire.
