  • Lead and support teams including Specialty Pharmacy Liaisons and patient support roles
  • Coach, train, and develop team members with regular feedback and performance management
  • Use best practices for prior authorizations, financial assistance, refills, and outreach

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • PharmD, RPh, or BS in Pharmacy (required)
  • Active pharmacist license (required)
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare or pharmacy with patient and clinician interaction
  • 2+ years of people management experience (preferred)
  • Experience with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams (outpatient/clinic)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word); able to quickly learn new systems
