  • Salary: $100,000-$150,000 plus bonus.

  • Licensure: National certification; licensed pharmacy technician or pharmacist.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred; HS/GED required.
  • Experience: 2+ years supervisory/management; 5 years healthcare/pharmacy with patient contact.
  • Skills: Strong communication; proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Experience: Prior authorizations, patient outreach, and refills.
  • Leadership: Ability to coach and develop staff.
