Oversee OASIS and HCHB workflows, ensuring compliant, timely documentation
Review and manage care plans (485s) and clinical docs to support quality outcomes
Lead onboarding, training, and evaluations for field staff
Serve as a clinical resource, managing triage calls and real-time guidance

🎯 Requirements

Active RN license
Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience
Home Health field experience required
Strong, hands-on OASIS experience
Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
