Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS), Oncology

📋 Description

• Perform end-to-end processing of cancer blood samples in a high-complexity CLIA setting.
• Join a CLS team onsite and support Northstar initiatives.
• Ensure data quality through QC and instrument calibration.
• Collaborate on R&D for CLIA tech transfer, troubleshooting, training, and validations.
• Shift Hours: Tue-Sat PM (1:30-10 PM).

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in the chemical, physical or biological sciences
• 1-2 years CLS experience in a clinical setting
• A current California Clinical Laboratory Scientist License (CLIA)
• Hands-on training with manual molecular biology protocols, including DNA extraction and PCR
• Advanced knowledge of Google Docs, Word, Excel, and familiarity with LIMS
• Self-starter and dynamic team player with excellent verbal and written skills
