Perform tests within the skill level set by the Laboratory Director.
Process specimens and report test results.
Maintain records showing proficiency testing samples are tested like patient specimens.
Adhere to QC policies; document calibrations and instrument maintenance.
Follow policies including corrective actions when test systems fail.
Identify problems that affect test performance and notify supervisor.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related life science (Chemistry/Biochemistry).
CA CLS licensure (Generalist or Chemistry) with 1+ year clinical chemistry experience.
Experience with Roche Cobas Modular 8000 is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ethical behavior and effective verbal communication.
Strong organizational and time management; able to multi-task.
