Clinical Kit Coordinator

📋 Description

• Support Clinical Kit Department with collection kits for trials.
• Coordinate kit assembly and release to meet client expectations.
• Maintain high quality via communication and organization.
• Work with procurement, study leads, and lab ops to gather protocol data.
• Streamline kit processes to reduce lead times and errors.

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma
• 1+ year in clinical kit production and/or phlebotomy
• 1+ year in a GxP-regulated lab or clinical setting; kit experience preferred
• Working knowledge of GxP regulations
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
