📋 Description

• Manage and deliver training programs in Cortica’s whole-child approach.
• Coordinate orientation for new hires in ABA and other disciplines.
• Ensure quality of clinical services and act as a local subject matter expert.
• Oversee ABA supervision and clinical programming for patients.
• Provide supervision and support for teammates and Behavior Interventionists.
• Lead orientation and training aligned with Cortica’s whole-child model.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• BCBA certification; BACB eligibility.
• 5+ years of clinical leadership in ABA.
• 3+ years leadership experience in a high-growth or large-scale organization.
• Strong training, coaching, and data-driven quality improvement skills.
• Ability to ensure regulatory compliance and licensure where required.
