Coordinate orientation for new hires in ABA and other disciplines.
Ensure high quality clinical services across centers.
Serve as ABA supervisor for patients receiving ABA treatment.
Provide supervision and guidance for teammates and Behavior Interventionists.

🎯 Requirements

BCBA certification and training experience.
Experience supervising ABA programming.
Familiarity with BACB guidelines and insurance requirements.
Strong training, onboarding, and orientation skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration with center teams.
