• Coordinate orientation for new hires in ABA and other disciplines.
• Ensure quality of clinical services across centers.
• Serve as local SME for Cortica’s whole-child approach.
• Oversee ABA programming and supervise staff.

🎯 Requirements

• BCBA certification required.
• 5+ years in clinical leadership in ABA.
• Experience training staff and new hires.
• Familiarity with whole-child approach.
• Knowledge of BACB guidelines and insurance processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
