📋 Description

• Manage and deliver training programs in Cortica’s whole-child approach.
• Coordinate orientation for new hires in ABA and other disciplines.
• Ensure the quality of clinical services across centers.
• Serve as site SME on Cortica’s whole-child approach at centers.
• Oversee ABA supervision and clinical programming for patients.
• Provide supervision and guidance to teammates and Behavior Interventionists.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Current BCBA certification (BACB).
• Active and unrestricted BCBA license in applicable states.
• 5+ years of clinical and operational leadership in ABA.
• Experience in training, orientation, and quality improvement.
• Auditing/observational skills to ensure adherence to the whole-child model.
