📋 Description

• Provide and manage training programs for Cortica's whole-child approach.
• Coordinate orientation for new hires in ABA and other disciplines.
• Oversee ABA clinical programming and supervise teammates.
• Audit clinicians for alignment with the whole-child approach and checklist.
• Lead center training needs and deliver feedback to improve quality.
• Organize and oversee supervision to meet productivity targets.

🎯 Requirements

• BCBA certification (BACB) or eligible for supervision.
• Experience leading ABA clinical supervision and training.
• Knowledge of Cortica's Whole-Child approach and practices.
• Strong training delivery and quality assurance capabilities.
• Ability to analyze data for progress reporting.
• Excellent collaboration with site leadership and teams.
