📋 Description

• Support clinical excellence in Cortica's whole-child care.
• Manage and deliver training programs for staff.
• Coordinate orientation for new hires in ABA and other disciplines.
• Serve as local subject matter expert on the whole-child approach.
• Oversee ABA treatment programming and supervise teammates.
• Promote high quality clinical services and continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as a clinical/operational ABA leader.
• BCBA certification active and unrestricted.
• Cortica Clinical Level 3 or higher.
• 3+ years leadership in a high-growth or large org.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Maintain licensure in states of practice.
