Lead, inspire, and motivate clinical staff to provide outstanding patient care
Conduct client assessments and supervisory visits in Harrisburg and nearby areas
Develop individualized care plans and oversee service delivery
Supervise and support RNs, PTs, OTs, SLPs, and other field clinicians
Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding
Conduct competency evaluations for both new and tenured staff

🎯 Requirements

Active RN or PT/OT/SLP license required
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience required
Home Health experience required
Prior management experience required
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Build relationships with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
