Clinical Educator

📋 Description

• Direct, plan, and implement education for Home Health teams.
• Develop onboarding programs for new clinicians per BAYADA policies.
• Plan and deliver clinical in-service programs using outcome data.
• Assess learning needs of staff and clients per regulations.
• Meet weekly with Directors to monitor onboarding progress.
• Maintain educational resources and suggest purchases.

🎯 Requirements

• Four-year college degree.
• Current Hawaii RN license in good standing; BSN preferred.
• Current Hawaii PT license in good standing.
• Minimum five years clinical experience; two in Home Health preferred.
• Demonstrated subject matter knowledge and expertise.
• Acceptable pre-employment assessment results.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
