📋 Description

• Clarify documentation to improve coding accuracy and risk adjustment.
• Build relationships with clinicians, admins, and revenue cycle teams.
• Abstract data from records to generate queries for missed diagnoses.
• Conduct pre- and post-visit audits for accurate claims.
• Utilize EHR and Dynamics Tool to ensure data integrity for KPIs.
• Understand HCCs, ICD-10-CM guidelines, and related government mandates.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Preferred Risk Adjustment Coder certification.
• Minimum 3 years ambulatory risk adjustment coding experience.
• CRC preferred; CPC or CCS considered.
• Knowledge of HCCs, ICD-10-CM, coding guidelines.
• Ability to navigate EHRs and use AI/NLP technologies.
• Strong organization, analytical thinking, and detail orientation.
